RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on “In- Stock” Products within 30 days, of delivery, with the following exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on cut material or fabric yardage, custom or made to order products, including skived, perforated, embossed or CNC stitched leather.
Shipping Costs: Shipping cost are non-refundable
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges
Inspection Requirement: All products must be inspected upon delivery for any issues prior to cutting. NO RETURNS will be accepted on products after they have been cut. We cannot be responsible for goods after they have been cut or installed.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Authorization must be granted by a customer service representative prior to any return being accepted. Returned items must in their original, unused condition. This means:

Leather, Fabric, Carpet and Thread: Must be uncut and unmarked
Packaging: DO NOR FOLD LEATHER or FABRIC that was delivered rolled. Returns MUST BE SENT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING

You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned goods that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will refund your original method of payment with the order subtotal, and applicable taxes, minus a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, please not that the original shipping cost is NON_REFUNDABLE. Depending on your financial institutions, please allow an additional 3 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your banking account or credit card.
